If you are not being able to connect to the web please verify your dial-up settings for your Operating System.

If you are able to connect and for some reason are not able to retrieve web pages please click on the TCP/IP link. Pay close attention to DNS server name!

If you are not able to receive or send your email please click on the program and then choose the best Operating System.

If when you are dialing and you get a "Invalid Username or Password" Please make sure your username ends with "@walltechmail.com" and also try re-entering your password.
