If you are experiencing troubles sending mail then check for these two possible conditions

 

In - Tools - Accounts - select your mail account - then click on Properties.

 

1) check that your account name includes your complete email address    Account name "Joe" should be "Joe@WalltechMail.com".

 

2) then check the option box below "My server requires authentication" is Checked - If not then check it.

 

 This should resolve any send mail issues you are having

 

If you are not able to send mail make sure you user name is you@walltechmail.com.
