Co-location Rules of Behavior

1. Should Co-locatee need assistance at any time and is unable to reach site staff in the facility, Co-locatee can contact the Network Operations Center at 530-283-4000 ext 55, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance.

2. Co-locatee shall not suffer or permit the obstruction of any Common Areas, including driveways, walkways, and stairways.

3. Co-locatee shall not make or permit any noise or odors that annoy or interfere with other persons in the area.

4. Co-locatee shall not make, suffer or permit litter except in appropriate receptacles for that purpose. Any packing material/debris must be removed; Co-locatee will be charged if Walltech employees must remove and dispose of any such material. Co-locatee will be responsible for cleaning all areas in around and surrounding cabinets.

5. Co-locatee shall not alter any lock or install new or additional locks or bolts.

6. Co-locatee shall not deface walls, partitions, or other surfaces of the Premises.

7. Co-locatee shall not suffer or permit anything in or around the Premises that causes excessive vibration or ceiling loading in any part of the Premises.

8. Co-locatee shall not suffer or permit smoking or carrying of lighted cigars or cigarettes inside or on the Premises.

9. Co-locatee shall not use any method of heating or air conditioning other than as provided by Co-locator.

10. Co-locatee shall comply with all safety, fire protection and evacuation regulations established by Co-locator or any applicable governmental agency.

11. Co-locatee assumes all risks from theft or vandalism to their equipment within cabinets or vehicles brought onto premises of Co-locator, and agrees to keep its Premises locked as may be required.

12. Co-locatee shall not install any electrical outlets in cabinets or racks and shall abide by/comply with all applicable laws and regulations including all electrical code regulations requiring that electrical usage shall not exceed 80% of the rated power amperage on a continuous basis.

13. Co-locatee shall not install wood products in cabinets or racks.

14. Co-locatee shall not attempt entry, open, enter, touch, or interfere in any way with other Co-locatees’ cabinets, racks, supplies, or equipment.

15. Co-locatee shall not run any cables between non-adjacent cabinets or racks. All cables must be located in approved wire ducts or trays. No exposed cabling is permitted without written consent.

16. Co-locatee shall not take any photographs without written permission from Walltech and must obtain releases from equipment and individual being photographed (no flash photography).

17. NO food or beverages are allowed in the switch room/Co-locate areas at any time.

18. Use of cellular and/or PCS telephones or radio transmitters inside Walltech areas is strictly forbidden due to unpredictable RF transmission. “Use” includes this equipment being turned on and able to accept incoming calls. Use of Walltech-owned telephones, except in emergency situations, is prohibited.

19. Co-locatee is allowed only one key issued. If extra personnel are required, Co-locatee must obtain a visitor’s pass for each person prior to entry to the Co-locate area.

20. Co-locatee shall not allow anyone else to use the access key issued to Co-locatee by Walltech.

21.Co-locatee’s key allows access to the Co-locate area 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.

22. Co-locatee shall return all  keys, cards and cabinet keys at the termination of its tenancy and shall be responsible for the cost of replacing any of these items lost or not returned.

23. Entry into Co-locate space will be denied any ISP, or any other Co-locatee, whose account is on Credit Hold with Co-locator.
